BSEB Bihar Board Class 10th Results 2018 Likely to Get Delayed; Check at biharboard.ac.in For Latest Updates

The BSEB Class 10 results might get delayed due to the late scanning of answer sheets but the Class 12 or Intermediate result is likely to be declared on May 12, as per reports.

BSEB Bihar Board Result 2018: Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) is likely to declare its Class 12 or Intermediate results 2018 on May 12 and its Class 10 results will be released thereafter on the Board’s official website- biharboard.ac.in. However, reports have surfaced that Class 10 or Matric exam results might get delayed as the scanning of answer sheets is not yet complete. According to Hindustan report, the scanning of answer sheets had to be completed by April 21 but due to the negligence of the concerned agency, the process got delayed. The Bihar Board has hence issued a show-cause notice to the concerned agency on Monday.

As per reports the agency detected a mistake while scanning of the answer sheets and brought it to the Bihar Board’s notice and thereafter, Bihar Board rectified the mistake and sent it back to the agency on April 21. But the agency didn’t revert the correct answer sheets back afterwards but rather sent the same faulty answer sheets to the Board. The agency has not yet seen the correct data. Meanwhile, students are advised to keep a check on the official website- biharboard.ac.in for the latest updates. The results of BSEB 2018 Intermediate examination will be released for arts, science and commerce stream.

How to check BSEB Class 10, 12 Results 2018:

1. Visit the BSEB official website- biharboard.ac.in.
2. Click on the BSEB Class 10 Results 2018 or BSEB Class 12th Results 2018  link.
3. Enter your roll number and other relevant information and click on submit.
4. Download the result and take a print out for future purposes.

More than 17 lakh students had appeared for the BSEB Bihar Board Result 2018 examination, out of which nearly 12 lakh students appeared for the Class 12 examination. Following in the footsteps of other Boards, BSEB took strict measures and installed CCTV cameras in various exam centres. To prevent cases of mass cheating, students were not even allowed to wear their shoes inside the examination hall.
