Attention students! The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released an important notice for its students. As per the official notice published by the CBSE, the portal for uploading of internal grades of Class 12th students will remain active from January 15 to February 14, 2025. “In continuation of the same, the portal for uploading of Internal Grades will remain active w.e.f. 15th January, 2025 to 14th February, 2025 for Uploading the Internal Grades of Class XII candidates. In this regard, you are requested to cross verify the data minutely prior to its uploading and ensure the correctness of Internal Grades being uploaded,” CBSE in an official notice said.

The Board stated, “Once again, it is reiterated that while Awarding/Uploading the Marks of Practical/Internal Assessments/Project/Internal Grades, it would be the responsibility of the school to ensure that Marks/Grades Awarded/Uploaded are correct and Marks once Uploaded on the server will be final and No Correction will be allowed thereafter.”

As per the board, the marks in respect of all practical examinations/project/internal assessment shall be uploaded everyday i.e. on the day of conduct of the assessment. While uploading the marks, the school, the internal examiner, and the external examiner shall ensure that correct marks are uploaded, as no correction in the marks will be allowed once marks are uploaded.

Schools should check the maximum marks assigned to Practical/Project/Internal Assessment before awarding & uploading the marks. Principals are requested to ensure that correct marks are uploaded, as requests for correction of marks post result will not be entertained.
