CBSE Class 10th, 12th Results 2018: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to announce Class 10 Board Exam 2018 result on May 30. Meanwhile, the board is expected to declare Class 12 Board exam 2018 result on May 28. However, the official dates for the declaration of the Class 10th and 12th results have not been made public yet. Students can check their Matric and Intermediate results on the board’s official website – cbse.nic.in and cbseresults.nic.in. Since past few days, speculations were rife that the CBSE may delay Class 10th and Class 12th Board Exam Results due to the paper leak scandal. Economics paper re-exam which was scheduled for April 25 was also being seen as the reason behind the delay in announcement of the results. However, the board has refuted these reports. How to check CBSE Class 10th Results 2018/ CBSE Class 12th Results 2018:
STEP 1: Visit official website of CBSE – cbse.nic.in. Students can also log on to cbseresults.nic.in
STEP 2: Click on Class 12th/Class 10th Exam Results link
STEP 3: Enter roll number and date of birth
STEP 4: Check your result
STEP 5: Take a printout of your result and keep it safe for future reference
Last month, numerous students took to roads in Delhi to protest and demand strict action against the accused after reports of CBSE papers leak surfaced. Reportedly, the Class 12 Economics paper was leaked on March 23, three days before the exam was scheduled.
The main accused – three staffers of a school – in the connection with the paper leak case were arrested from Una in Himachal Pradesh.
Meanwhile, a seven-member committee has been set up to examine the process by which the CBSE conducts the exams. It has been ordered to submit the report to the Human Resource Development Ministry by May 31.
