Jind, May 27: The CBSE 12th Result 2018 was declared by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) yesterday and students from Haryana state performed well. More than 300 students scored above 90 per cent in Haryana’s Jind district. Prachi from DAV School in the district topped this year’s class 12th board examination and scored 97.6 per cent, while Pearl and Manas Harjai scored 97.2 and 96.8 respectively and secured the second and third position in the district. Meanwhile, students from Haryana’s Safidon city which is located in Jind district itself, also performed really well in the CBSE Class 12th Board examination. CBSE which released its Class 12th examination results yesterday saw an overall pass percentage of 83.01 per cent. The overall pass percentage for boys was recorded at 78.99 per cent while girls scored an overall pass percentage of 88.31 per cent. The Intermediate or Class 12th examination results 2018 was released on the Board’s official websites- cbse.nic.in and cbseresults.nic.in. The results were also available at examresults.net. Students who had appeared for the CBSE Class 12th examination may check their results on these above mentioned websites and download it for future use. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conducted the Class 12 examination 2018 from March 5 till April 13. This year, at least 11.86 lakh students appeared for class 12 board exams out of a total of 28.24 lakh students.
