The Chemistry paper of CHSE Odisha Plus II Exam 2017 has been postponed. The Chemistry exam was scheduled to be conducted on Thursday, March16 but could not be conducted due to certain irregularities. On March 14, the Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) was conducting the Mathematics exam. Due to this, Debi Prasad Mishra, the Minister of Odisha School and Mass Education minister asked the CBSE Exam Controller to probe into irregularities. The Chemistry paper of Odisha Board Plus II Exam 2017 is rescheduled on March 30 between 2 pm to 5 pm. According to the official notification, the schedule of other exams will remain unchanged. The Minister gave the statement that, “The government would not hesitate to black-list the printing press if the press was found guilty. The Minister has asked the Exam Controller to submit a report within two weeks after conducting an inquiry into the incident. The exam has been delayed due to the irregularities which were detected in 14 exam venues. Nevertheless, the exam centres conducted the exam after the invigilators provided the xerox copies of the Mathematics questions to the students.
