With unwavering effort and determination, she became the youngest female Chartered Accountant in the world and All India Rank 1 in the CA Final exams. Nandini Agrawal made it to the Guinness World Records at 19 years old, a fascinating achievement that reflects her brilliance and hard work. Her story will no doubt inspire students who desire to change their circumstances. She hails from Morena in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh.
Reportedly, Nandini had skipped two grades in school. After completing Class 8, she got admission directly in Class 10, which allowed her to finish her schooling earlier than expected. She has always been ahead of her age; for instance, Nandini completed her Class 10 board exams when she was only 13 years old. She completed her Class 12 exams at 15.
Having completed her Class 10 and 12 board exams with high marks, Nandini started preparing for Chartered Accountancy. The CA is a valuable qualification for individuals who want to pursue careers in accounting and finance. Nandini created a Guinness World Record when she became the topper in CA. On September 13, 2021, she was only 19 years and 330 days when her name was put in the CA Final exam results.
Nandini, born on October 18, 2001, made history in 2021 by securing the All India Rank 1 in a nationwide exam, as recognised by the India Book of Records. She appeared for her final CA (New) examination in July 2021 and achieved this incredible feat at just 19 years, 8 months, and 18 days old.

Nandini Aggarwal was awarded the title of world’s youngest female Chartered Accountant by Guinness World Records. Her brother Sachin had also passed the CA exams during the same exam cycle, earning himself AIR 18, at 21 years of age.
In 2021, Nandini achieved a score of 614 out of 800 (76.75%, all India) in the CA Final exam, outperforming over 83,000 other candidates in India. Sachin achieved a score of 568. It was a proud moment for both the siblings and their family.
Nandini attributes her success to her older brother, who was also studying for the CA Exams, and supported and advised her on her study path. Moreover, her journey was inspired by a visit from a Guinness World Record holder to her school, igniting her ambition to achieve something extraordinary. She was determined to accomplish the amazing goal of becoming the youngest Chartered Accountant in the world.
Nandini’s path to success was fiercely challenging. At 16, Nandini faced difficulties as several companies were reluctant to accept her as an apprentice because of her young age. However, Nandini never lost hope and kept pushing through in order to reach her goal. With hard work and sheer determination, she studied hard and focused on her progress, conquering any obstacle that came her way. The CA examinations are considered one of the most difficult tests in India, requiring extensive dedication and patience. Nandini studied for many hours, working day and night. Eventually, she was able to clear the process and secure top marks. Nandini Agrawal is now a successful Chartered Accountant.
