CTET Answer Key: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is all set to announce the provisional answer key for Paper 1 and Paper 2 of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) anytime soon on its official website. The CBSE CTET Answer Key will be released at ctet.nic.in. Candidates can access the CTET answer key by entering the required credentials, such as application number, password, and captcha code. The CTET examination was held on February 7 and 8, 2026, in 140 cities all over the country.
When will the board release the CBSE CTET answer key?
At present, the CBSE CTET Answer Key has not been released. The CBSE Officials have not released the exact date and time for the publication of the CTET Answer Key. Speaking about the paper pattern, all questions in CTET will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), with four alternatives out of which one answer will be most appropriate. Each carrying one mark and there will be no negative marking. There will be two papers of CTET.
(i) Paper I will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes I to V.
(ii) Paper II will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes VI to VIII.
A person who intends to be a teacher for both levels (classes I to V and classes VI to VIII) will have to appear in both the papers (Paper I and Paper II).
Candidates can raise objections, if any, against the answer key by paying a non-refundable prescribed fee of Rs. 1000 per question as processing charges, in case they are not satisfied with any of the answer(s).
What is the objection fee charge?
Only paid challenges made during stipulated time will be considered. Challenges without payment of fee and those submitted on any other medium (viz. email/letter/representation) will not be considered. The Board’s decision on the challenges shall be final and no further communication will be entertained.

The Board will not inform the Candidates individually about their challenges. The subject experts will examine all the challenges received and then the final answer keys will be prepared by them. The result will be declared according to the final answer keys. In case challenge on answer key(s) is accepted by the subject expert(s), the amount will be refunded to concerned candidate after declaration of result.
