New Delhi, Jul 11: The Delhi University on Wednesday issued the fifth cut-off list for admission to undergraduate (UG) courses for the academic session 2018-2019. With close to half of total seats already taken across 60 plus colleges of the varsity, many colleges still issued cut-off for the courses like English, Economics, and BA. Ramjas College offered admission to BA Programme at 93.75 per cent whereas, for BA (Hons) English at 94.3 per cent. On the other hand, the college, in the fifth cut-off list, announced admissions to BA (Hons) Economics, BA (Hons) History and B.Com (Hons) at 96.25 per cent, 94 per cent and 96.25 per cent. Gargi College offered admission for BA Programme at 90.5 per cent, BA (Hons) Philosophy at 86.5 per cent. 2. Class XII certificate
3. Character certificate
4. Class XII mark sheet
5. SC/ST/PwD/CW/KM certificate (if any)
The fourth cut-off was released on July 5. Around 26,291 out of 56,000 seats were filled in the second list following which many colleges announced the closure of admissions.
Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) has no more seats left for its UG courses whereas, Hindu has closed admission for history, political science, sociology and philosophy for the general category. Apart from these colleges, Jesus and Mary College has also closed admissions for BA Programme and Honours courses in economics, English, political science and mathematics.
