Vacancy in seats was available for courses like BA (English) and B.Com at Gargi college. For candidates under the general category, the cut-off for English and B.Com was 93.75% at Gargi college. Other colleges that released the cut-offs due to vacant seats include Swami Shraddhanand College, Shri Aurobindo and PGDAV Evening College. At Sri Aurobindo College (Evening), the cut-off for the English (Hons) programme in General category is 85.5 per cent, and B.Com is 86.5 per cent. The admissions for the general category candidates in Hansraj College and Miranda House under the NCWEB list remain closed. On the other hand, candidates under the reserved category are likely to find vacant seats in BA (Programme) and B Com in few colleges.
