New Delhi, June 30: The Non-Collegiate Women’s Education Board (NCWEB) of the Delhi University announced its first cut-off list yesterday. DU’s Hansraj and Miranda House College saw the highest cut-off at 85 per cent for the general category while Bhagini Nivedita College and Aditi Mahavidyalaya recorded the lowest cut-off for the general category. For BA Programme course, Bhagini Nivedita College has issued a cut-off of 72 per cent while it has issued a 77 per cent cut-off for B.Com. On the other hand both Hansraj College and Miranda House have recorded the highest cut-off at 78 per cent for the BA Programme course. However, the cut-offs registered this year is low as compared to last year. At least 10 per cent drop in the cut-off was recorded in the BA Programme course by Hansraj and Miranda House. The other colleges- Aryabhat, Jesus and Mary, Bharti College, PGDAV, et all have issued a cut-off of 74  per cent for BA programme while they have issued a cut-off of 78 per cent for B.Com. For the unversed, the NCWEB is a non-formal system of obtaining degree from the Delhi University with lectures being delivered only on the weekends. Only women students residing in Delhi can enroll themselves as students of the board.
