New Delhi: The exam schedule has been released by the National Board of Examination (NBE) for NEET PG 2019 and NEET MDS 2019. The exams are likely to be conducted in December 2018 or January 2019. Exams like the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test Post Graduate (NEET-PG), NEET MDS, Foreign Medical Graduate Examination FMGE, and DNB Post Diploma CET (DNB-PDCET) are conducted by the NBE.

The NEET MDS 2019, Foreign Medical Graduate Examination FMGE 2019, and DNB Post Diploma CET (DNB-PDCET) 2019 will be conducted on December 14, 2018. The NEET PG 2019 and NEET-MDS 2019 will be conducted on January 6, 2019, in a single session.

The NBE will release the information bulletin for the respective exams in October 2018. The details of the exams such as eligibility criteria and fee schedule can be found at NBE’s official website: www.nbe.edu.in.

The MCQ-based exams will be conducted online in Computer-based mode. The application process for these exams which is likely to begin in October will also be conducted online.

Set up in 1975, the prime objective of the NBE is to establish ‘standards of postgraduate examinations in modern medicine on an all India basis.’

According to the NBE website, the diploma qualifications awarded by the NBE are equivalent to the postgraduate and post-doctorate degrees awarded by Indian universities.
