GATE 2019: The GATE 2019 exam commenced on Saturday, February 2. The GATE examination will be conducted in two shifts- 9:30 PM to 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM on allotted dates, that is, between February 2 and February 10, 2019.   1. Candidates must check the instructions mentioned on their admit cards and follow the rules mentioned.
  2. Candidates should not carry any rough paper to the exam centre as they would be provided with the same to do any rough work during the exam. They would also be provided with a virtual calculator and need not carry a calculator along.
  3. Candidates should not carry any item other than their admit card, identity proof and a pen. A candidate found in possession of any other item will be disqualified from the exam.
  4. Candidates should carry a print out of their admit card to the exam venue. It must be noted that a soft copy of the admit card will be invalid.

The result of GATE 2019 will be announced on March 16, 2019. GATE 2019 score will be valid for 3 years, however, PSUs generally take into account only the recent GATE score.
