Haryana: Class 11 Exam Cancelled After Reports of Paper Leak
The next date for examination will be announced later by the board.
New Delhi, Mar 6: Haryana School Education Board cancelled Class XI Hindi examination across the state after reports of the paper leak. The next date for examination will be announced later by the board. Students appearing for the examination were shocked to listen about the cancellation of examination. The reports of leak came around 12 pm in the noon and the exam were held from 8: 30 to 11:30.
Confirming the reports, district education officer, Premlata Yadav, said that we cannot confirm in which district the leak has happened. Next date for the examination have not been decided yet. The schools will be notified accordingly. Students expressed their anger and said that we have to prepare again and it is not easy to do. They demanded stringent action against the wrong doers.
This is not first paper which has been cancelled, before this on March 1, English paper of Class IX was also cancelled. Teachers said this practice has become rampant in state board. This attitude of students showed that the students just want to use easy tricks to pass the exam rather than working hard.
Parents and schools also expressed displeasure over this and said students losses interest in study and also create problem for us. Meanwhile, students were happy after giving their exam. February and March is usually month of examinations and all schools including state board and central board examinations are conducted in these months.
