IIM CAT 2024 Notification Released; Registration Begins Next Week

The CAT Admit card will be published on November 4. Eligible candidates will be allowed to download the IIM CAT admit card by November 24 at iimcat.ac.in.

CAT 2024 Registration: The Indian Institute of Management(IIM) Calcutta will begin registration for the Common Admission Test(CAT 2024) on August 1, 2024, at 10:00 AM. According to the official notice, the last date to submit the IIM CAT application form till 5:00 PM of September 2024. The Indian Institutes of Management will conduct a computer-based Common Admission Test (CAT 2024) on November 24, 2023 in three sessions.

The IIM CAT notification has been posted on the official LinkedIn page of the Indian Institute of Management(IIM) Calcutta. The CAT Admit card will be published on November 4. Eligible candidates will be allowed to download the IIM CAT admit card by November 24 at iimcat.ac.in.

A candidate must pay the registration fee only once, irrespective of the number of institutes he/she is applying for. SC, ST, and PwD candidates must pay Rs 1250 as an application fee. Candidates belonging to other categories must pay Rs 2500 as an application fee. Fees once paid cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Filling out the CAT (Common Admission Test) application form is an essential step for candidates seeking admission to postgraduate management programs, particularly those offered by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) in India.

1. Go to the official website – iimcat.ac.in.
2. On the homepage, click on, “New Candidate Registration.”
3. If you are a new user, then register yourself on the portal by providing the name of the candidate, date of birth, email id, and mobile number.
4. Once registered, log in again using the system-generated ID and password.
5. Fill up the CAT Application Form by providing the correct details such as name, address, academic qualification, and other details.
6. Upload the scanned documents. You will be required to pay the application fee.
7. Submit the CAT application form and take a printout of the same for future reference.
