IIT Mandi was the worst hit with the closing rank for the institute falling by over 1000 ranks. The institute witnessed a closing rank of 6313 this year as compared to last year’s closing rank of 5146. The Result of JEE Advanced 2016 will be declared on Sunday, June 12, 10:00 IST by the Joint Admission Board (JAB). Along with the score obtained by the candidates, JAB will also declare the All India Ranks (AIR) through the JEE Advanced Result 2016. JEE Advanced Results 2016 have a total of 2 papers (paper 1 & 2) and candidates have to appear for both. The question paper consists of three separate sections viz., Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. It is available in two languages – English and Hindi. Candidates are required to attempt objective type (multiple choice) and numerical answer type questions. JEE Advanced 2016 Cutoff is the minimum marks which a candidate has to score for being eligible to get admission to the undergraduate level engineering courses at IITs and ISM Dhanbad.
