New Delhi, April 8: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) today conducted the JEE main examination throughout the country. It was an offline (paper and pen) examination. The online examination of  JEE main 2018 will be organised on April 15 and 16, 2018. The coaching institutes like Aakash, FIT JEE, Resonance, Allen Kota have released the unofficial answer keys for the offline JEE main examination today only. The CBSE is expected to release the official answer keys on April 24 onwards for the offline Exam. The candidates will be allowed to raise objections on answers till April 27. Candidates can access the original answer keys, once released on the official JEE website at Candidates can challenge the official answer key, on the payment of Rs 1000 per question, after registering online at the boards website mentioned above. Over 10 lakh candidates took the offline JEE main examination this year. The paper conducted today had 90 questions carrying 360 marks, with time duration 3 hours. The marks were divided equally between each section, i.e. Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. There is also negative marking scheme, one-fourth of the total marks per question will be deducted on wrong answers.
