JEE Main Result 2018:  The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared the JEE (Joint Entrance Exam) Main Result 2018 for Paper I today on April 30. The JEE Main Result 2018 has been released on the official website jeemain-nic-in. The candidates, who had appeared for the IIT Joint Entrance Exam, can visit the official website and check their scores.

The JEE Main result 2018 for Paper II will be announced on Thursday, May 31. Students may alternatively check the JEE Main Result 2018 at examresults.net. CBSE will also release the JEE Main 2018 result on its official websites such as cbseresults.nic.in and results.nic.in. Step 1. Log on to https://jeemain.nic.in/webinfo/Public/Home.aspx

Step 2. Now, enter your JEE Main 2018 roll number and date of birth; click on submit button

Step 3. Your IIT-JEE Mains Result 2018 will be displayed.

Step 4. Download the JEE Main scorecards, and take a print out for future reference.

In 2017, the Ministry of Human Resource Development had notified that a) There’ll be no weightage of the 12th class marks in calculating the ranks in the JEE (Main) examination, and (b) candidates need to secure 75% marks in the 12th class examination to be eligible for admissions to the IITs/NITs/IIITs.

The CBSE  has also issued a disclaimer on its official website stating that neither NIC nor CBSE is responsible for any inadvertent error that may have crept in the results being published on NET. It added that the results published on net were for immediate information to the examinees.
