The results of JEE Advanced exam will be out today at the official website. It is important to know the dates for JoSAA (The Joint Seat Allocation Authority). As per the official notification,  the centralized counselling JoSAA will commence from June 15, 2017 from 10 am while the 1st mock seat allocation will be done from June 20, 2017 and 2nd allocation will be done from June 23, 2017 from 5 PM.  It is important to note that the last date for registration an choice filling is June 26 by 5 pm. The first round of seat allocation will be done from June 28,2017. Candidates who do not register within the specified time window will not be able to seek admission for this academic year. It is important for the candidates to note that there will be seven rounds of seat allocation by JoSAA 2017, followed by special vacant seats filling round by CSAB 2017 only for NIT+ system. It is important to note that students who are applying for JoSAA, will need to register  at  the official portal, josaa.nic.in. It is also important to note that while filling the registration form, the candidates will need to fill the necessary details such as name, dob, gender, state, nationality and other details. While filling the registration form at the official portal, josaa.nic.in, candidates need to fill the necessary details such as name, dob, gender, state, nationality and other details for Architecture Aptitude Test.  The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) 2017 has been set up by the Ministry of Human Resources Development (MHRD) to manage and regulate the joint seat allocation for admissions to 97 institutes for the academic year 2017-18. This includes 23 IITs, 31 NITs, 23 IIITs and 20 Other-Government Funded Technical Institutes (Other-GFTIs).
