New Delhi, April 22: The much awaited Kerala Engineering, Architecture, Medical and Pharmacy (KEAM) 2018 entrance examination is all set to begin in the next two days. The exam will be conducted in 14 different district centres in Kerala, Mumbai, New Delhi and Dubai on April 23 and 24.
Here are some key points for the aspirants to know before sitting in the examination:
- Admit Card: Aspirants must make sure that they have kept their admit-card in the bag a night before the examination because most of the time students forget to take important things during the exam due to tension. So, make sure you are ready with your pen, admit card and most importantly, one should thorough with the address of the examination centre.
- Candidates should reach the venue of the examination, 30 minutes before the commencement of examination. After the given time, students won’t be allowed to sit in the examination.
- To avoid cheating and any kind disturbance during the examination, the headquarters of the KEAM examination has banned some items, which a student cannot take it to the examination hall. Items such as Mobile Phones, any kind of electronic gadget, Calculator, geometry box, logarithm tables, rulers and chit paper, extra sheets, books and so on are not allowed.
- The time duration of the examination is 2 hours and 30 minutes. The exam will be conducted in an offline mode with objective questions. The question paper will have 120 questions carrying four marks for each question and negative marking will be there for each wrong answer.
Notably, the entrance examination is held for the admissions to the following courses: Architecture, Pharmacy, Medical, Vet nary, agriculture science, fisheries and engineering.
