Delhi is followed by Telangana with 35 fake colleges while West Bengal with 27 such colleges, shows the document tabled in the Lok Sabha on Monday by Minister of State Human Resource Development Satya Pal Singh. Singh, in a written reply to the Lok Sabha, said that the institutions have been directed to take necessary All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) approval, else they will be shut down.
