Acharya Jaishankar Narayanan is an IIT-BHU graduate. He completed his studies in 1992 and started working with the prestigious Tata Steel, a Tata Group company. A year later in 1993, he moved to the United States for professional opportunities. There he met Swami Dayanand Saraswati, who changed his perspective on life.

Acharya Jaishankar Narayanan recalled his memorable meeting with Swami Dayanand Saraswati, stating that his pravachan pulled him towards Vedanta. Deeply inspired by Vedanta, Jaishankar returned to India in 1995 and joined Gurukulam. Now, its been more than 20 years. Acharya Jaishankar Narayanan never looked back and continued his journey of spirituality by learning and teaching Vedanta and Sanskrit. He enjoys sharing the wisdom he gained with others.

On cracking the IIT entrance exam, Acharya Jaishankar Narayanan said that it felt like a major achievement at first, but its importance blurred over time. “All achievements feel significant only for the moment. Eventually, they become normal, and you start working toward your next target,” he said.
