Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Pune; has finally declared the results for Maharashtra State Board HSC Class 12 (XII) Exam 2015. Results have been published on the official websites at www.mahahsscboard.maharashtra.gov.in or www.mahresults.nic and also at result.gov.in. The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) is the official education Board which carries out the SSC exams for Xth Class students in the state of Maharashtra. Students can register online for their choice of college for their Higher Secondary education including classes 11 and 12/ XI and XII. Candidates may also check at the alternative websites like www.rediff.com/exams and such others. Candidates need to click here to have a direct access to the results. Candidates may also check their results on this very page of Prepsure itself. All they need to do is enter and submit the roll number and their respective mother’s name in the box given below. Approximately 13,37,114 candidates appeared for the Maharashtra Board Class 12 exams in 2014, out of which 4,50,176 were from the Science stream, 4,66,723 from the Arts stream, 3,62,705 belonged to the Commerce stream and 54,347 belonged to the  vocational stream. The overall pass percentage of Maharashtra HSC  Board exam  was 90.03 in the year 2014. In case students are not satisfied with their marks they can always apply for a review of their papers. Candidates should have the original marksheet to apply for re-evaluation and need to pay a stipulated fee for the re-evaluation process.

Class 12 Results would taken into account during admissions to the undergraduate courses in colleges and universities. Candidates are requested to be patient while checking the results as it might take longer time for the results page to get loaded because of heavy traffic. At times the websites get crashed as too many concurrent users try to access the results server at a time. So, candidates are advised to open the different official websites on different tabs and keep refreshing and wait till the page gets loaded.
