Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education, Pune has declared the result for Maharashtra State Board HSC Class 12 (XII) exam 2015, at their official website. Around 14 lakh students were waiting for their results for Maharashtra Board HSC Class 12 Exam 2015. The results for all the 9 regions of Maharashtra have been declared today. These regions include Pune, Nagpur, Aurangabad, Mumbai, Kolhapur, Amravati, Nashik, Latur and Konkan. There are about 21000 schools (SSC) and 7000 (HSC) Higher Secondary Schools / Junior colleges in Maharashtra. Class 12 Maharashtra HSC Board exam was held in the month of March 2015. Candidates will be able to see their subject wise marks when checking the result online. Candidates can print the result displayed on their system for their future reference. The mark sheets will be available in colleges on June 4, 2015 from 3.00 pm onwards. Candidates who wish to apply for the verification process can apply for the same along with copy of mark sheet made available from the respective college and prescribed fees, before June 15, 2015. On payment of prescribed amount of fees, candidates can also request for the copy of answer sheets, from May 27, 2015 to June 15, 2015. Enquiries regarding the same can be made at their respective colleges or regional board.
Approximately 13,37,114 candidates appeared for the Maharashtra Board Class 12 exams in 2014, out of which 4,50,176 were from the Science stream, 4,66,723 from the Arts stream, 3,62,705 belonged to the Commerce stream and 54,347 belonged to the vocational stream. The overall pass percentage of Maharashtra HSC Board exam was 90.03 in the year 2014.
