New Delhi, April 22: Scores of students were seen cheating during annual open board examination in the Balrampur district of Chhattisgarh, a news agency ANI reported. Students, who appeared for Class 12 Home Science exam, were seen copying and exchanging answers sheets.

Surprisingly, no invigilator or examiners was seen in the classroom when the said incident occurred. Many students were sitting together on the same bench and copying answers with books opened. Such activities raise questions on the education system of the state.

Many such incidents of mass cheating were captured on video in other states like Bihar, Uttar Pradesh. And to tackle cheating in the examinations, the government made all possible arrangements like installation of CCTV cameras at all examination centers.

During the examination, cheating goes unabated and students usually indulge in these activities. In Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Chhattisgarh such impudent practice at the examinations have always hit the headlines.
