Former Delhi Chief Minister, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) supremo, Arvind Kejriwal, and his wife, Sunita Kejriwal, are both former Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officers, and it stands to reason that their children have inherited academic intelligence from their parents.

Away from the media limelight, Arvind Kejriwal’s daughter, Harshita Kejriwal, has earned stellar academic laurels, scoring 98 percent in her Class 10th board exam, 96 percent in her Class 12th exam, and later clearing the IIT-JEE Advanced —  one of the country’s toughest entrance examination — with an All-India Rank of 3322.

Harshita Kejriwal education

Harshita Kejriwal earned her admission into IIT Delhi where she completed her B.Tech degree in chemical engineering, emerging as one of top performers in her batch. Harshita received several job offers from various top firms during her time at IIT Delhi, and ultimately joined a reputed global corporation based in Gurugram.

Currently, Harshita Kejriwal is working as an associate consultant with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG).

Apart from her academic achievements, Harshita Kejriwal is also a successful entrepreneur, having co-founded Basil Health — a company specializing in healthy and customizable, locally sourced food products — with Karan Dwivedi.

During Lok Sabha Elections 2024, Harshita Kejriwal carved out time out of her busy schedule to support her father Arvind Kejriwal, and campaigned for the AAP alongside her mother, Sunita Kejriwal.

Arvind Kejriwal educational qualification

Arvind Kejriwal is undoubtedly one of the most educated politicians in India, and one of rare individuals to have cracked both IIT-JEE and the UPSC Civil Services Examination (CSE)– two of the toughest examinations in the country. Kejriwal attended IIT Kharagpur where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering degree, and later cleared the UPSC CSE to become an IRS officer, before quitting his job to join politics and founding the Aam Aadmi Party.
