In our society, a person’s success is often measured by degrees and titles. But today, we are talking about someone who doesn’t fit that usual measure. He is an IIT dropout and a former IDES officer. He left his studies at BITS Pilani midway, went on to clear the UPSC exam with a rank of 38, and after several years of service, surprised everyone by resigning from his job.

The person we are talking about is Gaurav Kaushal. Today, he runs a mentorship program that reaches thousands of students through his YouTube channel. His channel provides free guidance, motivation, and support to students and young people preparing for competitive exams like the UPSC CSE.

About Gaurav Kaushal

Gaurav Kaushal was born and brought up in Panchkula, Haryana. He was a bright student from childhood. After passing the JEE exam, he joined IIT Delhi, but soon realized that the path chosen for him was not the one he truly wanted. So, he made the bold decision to leave IIT and pursue his own path.

After leaving IIT, Gaurav Kaushal joined BITS Pilani to study Computer Science, but he left that too. He finally completed his degree from Punjab Engineering College. His strong desire to overcome challenges inspired him to prepare for the UPSC exam.

People were surprised when he resigned from his prestigious job to guide the next generation of UPSC aspirants. Today, he runs a mentorship program through his YouTube channel and has also launched an app called ‘Gaurav Kaushal’ to reach and support students more effectively.

Gaurav Kaushal’s journey shows that true success is not about fame or titles. Today, he is helping millions of young Indians shape their careers and lives.
