New Delhi: Rhea Chawla’s journey, from a Business Analyst to a role in Luxembourg has been an inspiration for tech aspirants in India. Originally from Delhi, Rhea Chawla is a BTech Computer Science graduate. At the tender age of 24, she was earning a whopping 50 LPA and had already landed an international role, making her a true standout.
During her first few years working, Rhea understood the importance of continuous learning, especially if she wanted to keep up with the unprecedented pace of the tech world. “My initial years in the industry taught me that continuous learning is crucial for career advancement,” Rhea shares.
Following thorough research of online upskilling courses, Rhea decided to enroll in a year-long program at the Newton School. The program was designed flexibly, permitting her to maintain a full-time position. Rhea’s curiosity gave her an edge that can be hard to come by. With the new role, she also got a pay rise of 550% from her previous position.

As Rhea establishes herself in Luxembourg, she is seeking to advance her career further.
