There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure. An excellent example of this is the journey of Neha Prajapati, who was born into a poor, farming family and did not allow her background to dictate her future. Through her courage, discipline, and faith in herself, Neha not only passed the MPPSC exam once but also a second time. As a Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), she accomplished her dreams by overcoming what some would consider insurmountable challenges through sheer determination.
Recently, Neha Prajapati posted on social media about her struggles as well as about her journey of going from nothing to achieving success through hard work and perseverance. This success story showcases that no dream is too big; it all comes down to the amount of courage each individual has within themselves.
Neha Prajapati, in an interview, said she was born and raised in Satna, Madhya Pradesh. Her father was a farmer, and after finishing her Class 12, she enrolled at a local college. While Neha was studying at the college, she had an uncle who was preparing for civil service exams. He encouraged her to think about aiming higher in life. Neha was very inspired by her uncle when he became a Deputy Superintendent of Police, as that also made Neha even more focused on following that same path.
Neha, who came from a farming family and had few resources available to her, also had one very clear understanding: she would not accept failure. Neha was completely focused on her studies from the beginning. Neha took the MPPSC Examination in 2019 and was successful in passing the preliminary stages of the examination. In March 2020, when COVID-19 began spreading across the country, Neha had to leave Bhopal and go back home. Even when she returned home, Neha continued preparing for her exams through online tutoring services. In March 2021, the main exam took place.
Finally, in December 2022, after years of devotion and hard work, Neha received her results from the main exam. She had been selected as a Sub-Inspector in the Excise Department. Neha’s biggest ambition was to become a DSP, and she put in all of her effort into preparing for it while also maintaining a job. Despite facing many obstacles as well as some personal hardships, she never stopped attempting to pursue her goals. With determination and focus on his studies alongside working full-time, she was able to successfully pass the MPPSC examination again in 2023 and obtain the position of Deputy Superintendent of Police.
Recently, through her social media account, Neha reflected on her early struggles, and how difficult those times were, writing in an Instagram post that, “Friends, this photo is of when me and my sister preparing for preparation Mppsc, Everyone can see the dazzle after success, but only a few people know how much hard work and struggle is behind it.We all have 24 hours, just use of that time is the way to success,, so I always put the watch in front of my table, so I can walk with time.”
