Athar Aamir-ul-Shafi Khan is a renowned Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer. He is known for his remarkable achievement by successfully clearing the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2015 at 23. He hails from Jammu and Kashmir and was All India Rank (AIR) 2 ranked among the top candidates in the UPSC Civil Services (Main) Examination 2015.
