NEET 2018: The tentative dates for the National Eligibility and Entrance Test or NEET 2018 counselling have been released by the  Medical Counseling Committee (MCC). The NEET 2018 Result was declared on June 4 at official website cbseneet.nic.in and Bihar’s Kalpana Kumari had topped the medical entrance test. The candidates, who cleared the NEET 2018 with minimum passing marks, will only be available for counselling. For SC/ST/OBC, the minimum score percentage is 40 per cent while that of General-PH is 45 per cent.

Almost 14 lakh students had appeared for NEET 2018 examination which was held by the CBSE on May 6. The answer keys released on May 25. This year, low cut-off marks were recorded. While the cut-off for physically challenged candidates from unreserved categories is 107, the cut-off marks for all other categories is 96. At least 634897 candidates have qualified in the open category. Out of the total 13,26,725 students, 5,80,648 were boys and 7,46,076 were girls.

NEET 2018 Schedule: Round 1 Counselling

Registration, payment and choice filling: June 13 to June 18, 2018. The process should be completed by 5 PM

Choice filling and locking: June 19. The process will begin at 10:00 AM and continue till 5:00 PM

Seat allotment: June 20 to June 21

Result: June 22, 2018

Counselling Reporting: June 23 to July 3

NEET 2018: Round 2 Counselling

Registration, payment and choice filling: July 6 to July 8. The process should be completed by 5 PM

Choice filling and locking: July 9. The choice filling and locking them will begin at 10:00 AM and continue till 5:00 PM

Seat allotment: July 10 to July 11

Result: July 12, 2018

Reporting: July 13,2018 to July 22,2018
