New Delhi, June 20: Kalpana Kumari hailing from Patna’s Sheohar is achieving new heights of success with each passing day. The National Eligibility-Cum-Entrance Test (NEET) and Bihar Board of School Education (BSEB) Intermediate or 12th Topper has secured All India Ranking (AIR) 72 in the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) MBBS entrance examination, the results for which were announced on June 18.Also Read - Hockey India Names 66 Players For Junior Women's Camp

Kalpana who has outdone and performed brilliantly is however not satisfied with her result. She dreamt of studying at AIIMS New Delhi which could not be fulfilled. Speaking about her performance in the AIIMS MBBS Result 2018, Kalpana’s father Rakesh Mishra, a lecturer at the district institute of education and training, Sitamarhi said that Kalpana was upset because she couldn’t achieve her heart’s desire of studying at AIIMS Delhi, as per reports. He added that she didn’t feel like speaking to anybody. Talking about admission, he said that Kalpana would now take admission in Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi on the basis of her NEET score. Kalpana scored a 691 out of 720, including a perfect 360 in biology (botany and zoology), 171 out of 180 in physics and 160 out of 180 in chemistry. She also scored 86.8 per cent in Intermediate examination in the science stream.
