New Delhi, April 4: The National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) has released the list of the best engineering colleges and institutes of the year 2018. The list had all the Indian Institute of Technologies (IITs) with IIT Madras clinching the first spot followed by IIT Bombay and IIT New Delhi.
