Railway Recruitment 2018: Northern Frontier Railway Announces 21 Vacancies in Sports Quota Under Matrix of 7th Pay Commission

Railway Recruitment 2018: The Northern Frontier Railway on Thursday released a notification, announcing vacancies under the level 2 or 3 matrix of 7th Pay Commission. According to the notification, the vacancies are under the sports quota. AIl those who are interested can apply for the positions by September 10.
It must be noted that there are total 21 posts under the sports quota; the distribution of which is as follows: Boxing: 03, Weightlifting: 01, Cycling: 01, Table Tennis: 02, Basketball: 02, Badminton: 02, Volleyball: 01, Cricket: 01, Bodybuilding: 01, Basketball: 04, DNA reported.
The notification also stated that candidates who have successfully cleared 10th and 12th class examination can apply for the posts.”Candidates need to have the minimum Sports Norms to apply against the above-mentioned games”, the website said. Students must also note that they should be at least 18 years of age and not more than 25 years old. Further, students can also apply through offline mode.
The application fee for candidates under General and OBC categories is Rs 500 while for other categories, it is Rs 250.
