RRB admit card 2018: The RRB admit card 2018 for Group C (ALP and Technician) first stage examination has been released by the Railway Recruitment Board. At least 66,502 posts will be filled subsequently once the examination is conducted and the results are released.

A total of 47.55 lakh people have applied for the Group C examination. The examination for the first phase started last Thursday.

The next phase is for posts of Group D, the exams for which will begin in September. Nearly 2.4 crore candidates have applied for all the vacancies combined. As per reports, Group D admit cards are most likely to be released by the end of August. However, an official announcement is awaited.

Candidates appearing for the Group D posts will have to log in using their registration number and download the admit card respectively.

Over 2.37 crore candidates have applied to fill Group C and D posts in the Indian Railways. The railways had released a notification earlier this year to fill about a lakh post in various departments. More than 50 lakh online applications were received for assistant assistant loco pilots (ALP) and technicians jobs. There are nearly 26,502 ALP and technicians posts and 62,907 Group D posts.
