RRB Group D Result 2019: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) is expected to release the results of Group D recruitment examinations by February 17, Sunday, according to reports.
An Indian Express report recently quoted RRB official Angaraj Mohan, who confirmed that the results will be out by or on February 17, 2019. Speaking to Indian Express, Mohan said, “Taking into consideration the number of candidates, the board is taking time and precautions to release error-free results. The results of RRB Group D examinations will be released by Sunday, February 17, 2019,” Mohan said.
After the declaration of the result for Group D CBT, the RRBs will conduct the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for all those candidates who have been shortlisted. On the basis of the merit in Group D computer-based test (CBT), selected candidates will be called for PET. After completion of the above PET process, RRBs will verify the documents and candidates would be called on the basis of their performance in CBT (only the PET qualifiers).

Components of PET for male candidates:
A candidate will need to cover a distance of 100 metres in 2 minutes, carrying 35 kg of weight in one chance without putting the weight down.
Then, he has to complete a run of 1000 metres in 4 minutes and 15 seconds in one chance.
Components of PET for female candidates:
Candidates will be required to lift and carry a weight of 20 kgs for 100 metres in 2 minutes without putting the weight down even once.
Next, the candidate will need to cover a run for a distance of 1000 metres in 5 minutes and 40 seconds in one chance.
