Candidates who have successfully qualify SBI Clerk Exam 2016 for which result was announced on Oct 28, 2016 are looking for their performance sheet in every section. State Bank of India will release the marks list of the candidates on its official website anytime. SBI Clerk JA/JAA Marks List is an important document that enable the candidates to know their performance in each and every section of the exam. Mark list enable the candidates to check their level of performance on the basis of which merit list will be prepared by SBI. The allocation of the candidates will be based on the merit basis. Along with this, SBI Clerk Marks are important for candidates who did not qualified the examination. It will be help them to analyse the area or section in which they are weak. Getting jobs in SBI group is a dream of every candidates as it provide maximum allowances and benefits to its employees other than any bank. But, selection process is also very difficult in SBI Group. One has to be efficient enough in all the requirements of selection process. From written exam, interview, till the final selection, every phase of selection is crucial and difficult. All the candidates are advised to get themselves well prepared for the exam.
Selection Process for SBI Clerk Exam 2016
The examination will consist of three phases, viz.
Phase-I: a) Preliminary Examination (Online): 100 marks (Objective type) – 1 hour
Phase-II:b) Main Examination (Online): 200 marks (Objective type) – 2 Hours 40 Minutes
Note-I: The questions in objective tests, except for the test of General English, will be bilingual i.e., English &Hindi.
Note-II: There will be negative marks for wrong answers in the Objective tests. 1/4th mark will be deducted for each wrong answer. Candidates will have to pass in each of the objective tests.
Phase-III: Interview (subject to Govt. of India approval)
The aspirants qualified in the test (main examination) will be placed according to their marks in descending order in respective categories. Depending upon the number of vacancies only certain number of candidates from amongst those who qualify by ranking high enough in the merit will be called for interview in the ratio of maximum 3 candidates for each vacancy. Candidates are required to score a minimum percentage marks (to be decided by the bank) in interview to be considered for final selection. 5% relaxation for SC/ST/ OBC/PWD/XS category will be available thereon.
Final Selection: The scored obtained in the SBI Clerk Preliminary Examination (Phase-I) will not be added for the selection and only the marks obtained in Main Examination (Phase-II) will be added to the marks obtained in Interview (Phase-III) (if interview is held) for preparation of the final merit list. Final selection will be made on the basis of candidate’s performance in the test (main examination) and interview (if interview is held) taken together. Note-III: Interview call letters will be uploaded on the Bank’s website after declaration of result of online test. Candidates will have to download the same from our website. No hard copy of interview call letter will be sent by post.
