New Delhi, Aug 5: The final result of Combined Graduate Level (CGL) exam 2016 will be declared today on the official website of Staff Selection Commission (SSC). Candidates who have appeared for the exam can visit the official website to check the result. The result was supposed to declare on August 4 at 11 PM, as per the SSC release on the SSC CGL exam 2016, but the recent release read: “The final result of Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2016 is in the final stages of processing and would be declared in the morning of 05-08-2017.” SSC was supposed to declare the result by 6 PM on Friday as per earlier notification, however, it got delayed till 11 PM. Once the result of SSC CGL 2016 declares, the candidates can check their results by following the instructions given below.

  1. Visit the official website
  2. Click on the link showing “Declaration of Result of Combined Graduate Level (Tier 3) Examination”.
  3. Download the PDF file.
  4. Check for your roll number and/or name.
  5. Download and take a print out for further reference.

An All India Merit List will be published for each category of post, which will be prepared on the basis of the marks obtained by the candidates in the written examination and the options given by the candidates during documents verification process.

Also, the Staff Selection Commission’s (SSC) Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Tier 1 examination will begin from August 5. Students who have been appearing for SSC CGL Tier 1 exam today should keep the guidelines in mind before heading for the examination. The exam will continue till August 25, 2017. The Commission is very strict about the dress code to avoid cheating and to make the exam process go smoothly. The students are not supposed to wear full sleeve shirts or even shoes that are closed. The students appearing for the exam are advised to wear flip flops or floaters.
