New Delhi, Feb 26: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) on Monday released notice to conduct SSC CGL Tier II exam after few discrepancies were highlighted at the time of examination on February 21 this month.  The notice stated that the re-examination will be held on March 9, 2018, at 10:3o AM. The commission did not give any information on the venue of the test. The notice added that the aspirants who had appeared for the test of SSC CGL Tier I will be allowed to appear for the test. The candidates who could not appear for Tier I test have been barred from appearing in the current test. “The Commission after detailed consultations with all its 09 Regional / Sub-Regional Offices and based on the inputs
provided by them and also representations received from some candidates, the Commission has taken a considered decision in the interest of the candidates, to re-conduct Paper-I i.e. Quantitative Ability, on 9.3.2018 at 10.30 AM. The details of the venue of the examination will be uploaded on the respective regional websites. “may, however, be noted that the re-examination would be conducted for only those candidates who had actually appeared for Paper-I Examination on 21.2.2018 at their designated venues of examination,” the notice read.

The candidates of Patna’s Cyber City examination centre, will have to appear for re-examination for both Paper I and Paper II on the same date i.e. March 9, 2018.
