SSC Recruitment 2018: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released a new notification stating vacancies for at least 54,953 constable posts. Constable vacancies in the Border Security Forces (BSF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), AR, National Investigation Agency (NIA) and Special Security Force (SSF) forces.Also Read - EPL 2021-22: David De Gea and Jesse Lingard Stars in Manchester United's Dramatic Win Over West Ham
Interested candidates may apply for the above-mentioned posts on the SSC’s official website before September 17. Candidates should have completed matriculation or should be a class 10th pass from a recognised Board or University. Steps to apply for SSC Recruitment 2018: Also Read - JNU Entrance Exam 2021 To Begin From Today; Check Exam Hall Guidelines
Step 1: Log on to the official website- ssc.nic.in.
Step 2: Click on the link which reads- ‘Constable Vacancies’.
Step 3: Enter the required details and submit.
Step 4: Submit the application fee payable through SBI Challan/SBI Net Banking.
Step 5: Fill the form and take a print out of it for future reference.
The application fee is only Rs 100 payable through SBI Challan/SBI Net Banking or by using Visa, Mastercard, or Maestro Card or Debit Card. Candidates must note that applicants age should be between 18 and 23 years as on August 1, 2018. However, the upper age limit has been relaxed for SC, ST, OBC and ex-servicemen.
It must also be considered that candidates applying for the posts of Constable (GD) in CAPFs, NIA, SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination will have to follow a two-step process. (i) One-Time Registration (ii) Filling of online Application Form.
The last date for receipt of applications would be September 17 till 5 PM in the evening.
