New Delhi, April 4: For the recruitment of Sub-Inspectors in Delhi Police, Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) and Assistant Sub Inspectors in CISF, the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has extended the last date of the application process. The total number of vacancies also stands at 1,346 as the commission has added 123 departmental vacancies for the post of Sub-Inspector (Executive) – Male in Delhi Police. For applying for these posts, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline from a recognised university or institute. And to apply for the same, candidates should go through the official website of SSC i.e. ssc.nic.in. The application fee is Rs 100. Date of computer-based examination: Paper 1: June 4 to June 10 and Paper 2: December 1, 2018.
Last date for receipt of application: April 13 (up to 5 pm).
Candidates will be selected according to their performance in Paper 1. After that, they will be shortlisted for appearing in PET/PST examination. As per as the official notification of SSC, the departmental candidates of Delhi Police, who have already applied for this examination, need not apply again.
