TN 12th Result 2019: 93.64 Per Cent Girls Pass Against 88.57 Per Cent Boys

TN 12th Result 2019: The Tamil Nadu Directorate of Government Examinations (TNDGE) declared the TN HSC 12th result 2019. Girls outshone boys. 93.64 per cent of girls passed as opposed to 88.57 per cent of boys. Meanwhile, the overall pass percentage stood at 91.3 per cent.

Last year, the overall pass percentage stood at 91.1 per cent. In the TN HSC 12th exam, 2018, 87.7 per cent of boys passed while for the girls, it was 94.1 per cent. Candidates are advised to remain patient and check their result on the official websites- tnresults.nic.in or dge.tn.gov.in.

At least 8 lakh candidates have appeared for Tamil Nadu HSC exam 2019. The examination was conducted from March 1, 2019, to March 19, 2019. Candidates need to score a minimum of 30 out of 150 marks in the theory exams and 40 out of 150 marks in the practical exams to qualify for the Class 12th examination.

Tamil Nadu Class 12th or HSC Result 2019: How to check

Step 1: Visit the official websites of Tamil Nadu Directorate of Government Exams-  tnresults.nic.indge1.tn.nic.in or dge2.tn.nic.in.

Step 2: Click on the link on the home page which reads as ‘TN HSC Result 2019’.

Step 3: A new page will open. Enter your roll number and other details.

Step 4: Your result will be displayed on the screen.

Step 5: Download the result and keep a print out of the same for future use.

Thirupur – 95.37 per cent

Erode – 95.23 per cent

Perambalur – 95.15 per cent

The TN Board HSC exams 2019 was held from March 1 till March 19, 2019, by the Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE) Tamil Nadu. In 2018, the TN Board 12th results were announced on May 16, 2018.
