Tamil Nadu Uniformed Service Recruitment Board (TNUSRB) Police Answer Key 2017 will be available soon for the exam conducted on May 21 at the official website. The TNSURB has held the examination on May 21 at various examination centers across Tamil Nadu state.  Once the answer keys are out at the official website of TNUSRB, the aspirants will be able to match their answers and get a approximate of their score. The aspirants must note that the Tamil Nadu Uniformed Service Recruitment Board had issued a notification for various posts such as Police Constable, Warder, Fireman posts.

As per the official notification, the TNSURB has issued a notification for 15,664 fresh vacancies and 47 backlog vacancies, taking the total to 15,711. The vacancies for TNUSRB Police  are distributed as 13,137 (+46 backlog) for Police Constable, 1,015 (+1 backlog) for Jail Warders and 1,512 Fireman posts. As per  statistics approximately 1.5 lakh women and 50 transgender candidates have applied for these posts. Overall 6.5 lakh interested aspirants from across Tamil Nadu have applied for TNSURB vacancies.

It is important for the aspirants to note that The TNUSRB has prescribed different format of application for each category of recruitment after taking into account the pre-requisite qualifications and service conditions. Application fee by way of Demand Draft shall be payable by the candidates at the rates fixed by the Government. the following fees are fixed as application fees For S.I. of Police including Women S.I and S.I (Technical) : Rs. 250/-. For Gr. II Police Constables / Firemen / Jail Warders the fees is Rs. 150/-. It is also important to note that the candidates will be permitted to send only one application. Application for more than one centre is summarily rejected. The candidates should possess the educational qualification and age as prescribed in the notification for recruitment. About 6.5 lakh interested aspirants from across Tamil Nadu have applied for TNSURB vacancies.
