Who is the achiever who topped Class 10th and 12th and cracked UPSC?

IAS officer Shraddha Gome has always been a bright student. She hails from Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Speaking about her family, Gome’s father, Ramesh Kumar Gome, is a retired SBI officer. Meanwhile, her mother, Vandana, is a homemaker. She finished her schooling at St. Raphael’s H.S. School in Indore. She topped matriculation(Class 10th)and intermediate(Class 12th) examinations.

Further, Gome made the decision to take up Law for higher studies. She appeared for the Common Law Admission Test(CLAT) exam. Shraddha Gome topped the CLAT examination. She took admission to the National Law School of India University (NLSIU) Bangalore. During her convocation, she was honored with 13 gold medals, presented by the then Chief Justice of India, Dipak Misra. Shraddha’s career began at Hindustan Unilever Ltd, where she served as a legal manager as part of the prestigious Unilever Future Leaders Program in London and Mumbai.

What rank did she secure in the UPSC exam?

After finishing her graduation, she opted to pursue the UPSC examination. She chose law as her optional subject. After returning to Indore, Gome commenced preparing for the entrance examination. She took help from the internet to collect some of the study materials, but other than that, she was mostly reliant on self-study. In order to prepare for her optional subject, she would refer to her NLSIU notes.

In 2021, Shraddha appeared for the UPSC Civil Services(CSE) examination. Shraddha Gome obtained an All India Rank(AIR) 60 in the UPSC exam.
