TSLPRB 2018 Exam: The preliminary answer key of the written test conducted by Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board will be released in a few days. The 2018 preliminary written test (PWT) was conducted to recruit Stipendiary Cadet Trainee (SCT) Police Constable (PC) civil and other equivalent posts. The exam was conducted on September 30 from 10 am to 1 pm at 966 exam centres.
Out of 4,79,158 candidates who applied for the exam, 4,49,584 candidates had taken the written test. Eligible candidates will be selected to fill the 16,925 tentative vacancies available. Candidates who attempted the test are requested to check the answer key in the official website – www.tslprb.in, once it is released. The answer key is expected to be released soon.
In order to qualify for the Preliminary Written Test, candidates have to secure a minimum of 40 per cent if they belong to OC, 35 per cent if BC and 30 per if they fall under the SC / ST / Ex-Servicemen category. The 200-mark PWT paper was conducted for a period of three hours. The exam pattern was objective type and of intermediate standard. The exam was conducted to test the candidates’ knowledge in English, Arithmetic, General Science, History of India, Indian culture, Indian national movement, Indian geography, Polity and Economy, Current events of national and international importance, Test of reasoning / mental ability and other contents pertaining to Telangana.
