UP Police Constable Result 2018: Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) activated the results link for the post of resident citizen police and reservoir provincial armed constabulary (PAC) on Thursday, i.e., December 6. Candidates who took up the UP Police Constable Exam 2018 are advised to check their results on the official website – uppbpb.gov.in.

Follow the steps below to check the UP Police Constable Result 2018:

Step 1: Log on to the official website of the UP Police Recruitment Board – uppbpb.gov.in.
Step 2: From the top navigation menu on the homepage, select the Results tab.
Step 3: Now click on the notification that says ‘UP Resident Citizen Police’ and PAC written exam result.

The total number of vacancy available this year is 41520 posts, out of which 23,520 seats are reserved for Civil Police post and 18,000 seats will be for Arms Constables post. The UP Police Constable Exam 2018 for Civil Police and PAC was conducted on October 25 and October 26. The UP Police Constable Exam 2018 was earlier scheduled on June 18 and June 19 to be conducted in two shifts. However, the dates were cancelled due to issues in the distribution of question paper.

As per the UPPRPB notification, the number of candidates who will qualify for the document verification round is expected to be 1.5 times that of the advertised vacancies.

A report by Times of India stated that the short-listed candidates will appear for document verification and physical standard test (PST) which is scheduled to be held from December 5 at 18 test centres located across – Kanpur city, Jhansi, Gorakhpur, Basti, Gonda, Lucknow, Ayodhya, Agra, Aligarh, Bareilly, Moradabad, Meerut, Saharanpur, Varanasi, Azamgarh, Mirzapur, Prayagraj, and Banda.

The admit card for the physical skill test is available for download from December 4 onward.
