New Delhi, July 27: The Union Public Service Commission, UPSC has released the schedule of the Engineering Service Exam, ESE 2017-18. The UPSC Engineering Services Exam will be conducted at three levels namely; Prelims, Main and Interview. Through the UPSC ESE Recruitment 2017-18, engineering graduates will be recruitment for various public sector departments. The recruitment will be done for Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. The Union Public Service Commission, UPSC will release the notification of Engineering Services (Preliminary) Examination 2017 on September 27. The last date for receipt of application of UPSC ESE Prelims 2017 will be October 23. The Prelims exam will be conducted on January 7, 2018. UPSC ESE 2017-18 Exam Pattern: The UPSC Engineering Services (Preliminary) Examination 2017 will comprise of Paper I and Paper II. The subjects in Paper-1 will be General studies and Engineering Aptitude whereas the subjects in Paper-2 will be Specific engineering subject chosen by the candidate- Civil Engineering/Electrical Engineering/ Electronic and Tele-Communication/ Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. Candidates willing to apply for the UPSC ESE 2017 Prelims will have to visit the official website upsc.gov.in. After clicking on the activated link candidates will be redirected to upsconline.nic.in. Candidates will have to enter required details to fill the application form. The form will have two sections. Candidates should follow the instructions mentioned on UPSC;s website to fill the application form. UPSC ESE 2017-18 Admit card: The Union Public Service Commission, UPSC will release the ESE 2017-18 Admit card on its official website 3 weeks before the commenced of the exam. Candidates will be required to download the e-Admit Card online. The commission will not send the hard copy of the admit card.
