The teaser of one of the most awaited films of the year, 2.0, featuring actors Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar, has finally released today. As soon as Khiladi Kumar shared it on social media, cinema lovers went crazy but seems like there are some who are disappointed with the teaser.

Netizens don’t look impressed with the use of VFX in the video. In fact, some of them are calling it the worst VFX used for any film on the screen. What has also upset the Twitterati is Akshay’s blink-and-miss appearance in the anticipated teaser.

Ever since the announcement about Akshay’s presence in the sequel to 2010 blockbuster, Enthiran, was made, people were eagerly waiting to see the actor in his first ever villainous avatar. However, when the teaser released, he got lesser screen space as compared to the Thalaivaa and this has irked his fans.

Check out some angry tweets here:

It should be interesting to see how Akshay reacts to the whole issue. As for the disappointment that the special effects in the teaser have caused, it’s too soon to say anything before the trailer releases.

2.0, directed by Shankar, is bankrolled by Lyca Productions and is reportedly made at a mega budget of Rs 543 crore. The music of the film is composed by AR Rahman and is all set to hit the screens on November 29, 2018.

On a related note, Akshay was last seen in Gold, opposite Mouni Roy. The movie also did a good business at the Box Office and also entered the coveted Rs 100 cr club.
