The Tanushree Dutta and Nana Patekar controversy continues, with the latter stating on Saturday that the former’s allegations, that she was sexually harassed on the sets of 2008 film Horn OK Pleasss, are untrue. Tanushree had in a recent interview alleged that Nana behaved inappropriately with her while they were doing a dance sequence. Nana, who was returning to Mumbai after shooting for upcoming film Housefull 4 in Jodhpur, was questioned by reporters at the airport about the allegations that Tanushree had made against him. Nana, who has so far maintained his silence about the whole controversy, was further asked by the reporters if he would be giving a statement on the matter soon. He only said that it will happen. Reports suggest that he is likely to hold a press conference on October 8.
The actor, while speaking to Mirror Now in a recent interview, had laughed off the entire controversy and said that the actress can say whatever she wants, as nothing she says matters to him. Explaining his stance on the issue, Nana said that no one can even think of harassing a woman in front of around 100 people present on the sets.
Tanushree on the other hand has refused to back down from her allegations and said that she is not going to be intimidated by Nana or the legal notice he has sent her, and that she would continue her fight until she gets justice.
