Aavesham box office update: The year 2024 is proving to be a remarkable year for the Malayalam film industry. The distributors in the state are witnessing Malayalam films performing wonderfully one after another. The latest film to have joined the bandwagon is ‘Aavesham‘ starring Fahadh Faasil. Directed by Jithu Madhavan, the film has emerged as the first choice for the audience, leading to tremendous numbers at the ticket window. Aavesham was released on April 11 in theatres and has not stopped performing. It has crossed the benchmark of Rs 100 crore gross collection in 13 days, becoming the seventh Mollywood film to achieve the feat.
Aavesham, after its second Wednesday – the 14th day – will have crossed the benchmark of Rs 50 crore nett collection at the Box Office – another new feather in its cap. The film is an action comedy and Fahadh plays the role of a gangster named Ranga. His effortless performance as a man who wears white with a lot of gold and exudes his own swag in every frame is the highlight of the film.
Aavesham also features Ashish Vidyarthi, Sajin Gopu and Mansoor Ali Khan in important roles. The film is slowly looking at crossing the nett benchmark of Rs 100 crore in a few days. Considering the popularity and the buzz around the film, reaching Rs 100 crore shouldn’t be a difficult task.
