Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan completed ten years of togetherness today and unlike partying the usual way, they went to the Siddhivinayak Temple to celebrate. They were accompanied by little Aaradhya on this trip. Ash looked ethereal in a dreamy white chudidaar while Abhishek wore a standard white salwar kurta with an orange jacket. Little Aaradhya looked cute in a white salwar kameez. The Bachchans sure know how to power dress and look like one happy family.
In a decade of their marriage, Abhishek and Aishwarya have been all goals. While Abhi has been extremely protective and supportive of his wifey dearest, Aishwarya has always put her family in the forefront after becoming a Bachchan Bahu. They were last seen together in Mani Ratnam’s Raavana and are touted to come back soon on screen as a couple. While there was news that Aishwarya has been approached to star in Anurag Kashyap’s Gulaab Jamun along with hubby, we also informed you over the weekend that they might just choose Mani Ratnam to come together soon. Reportedly, Mani Ratnam is supposed to sign Abhi-Ash for a Hindi film soon.
Abhishek has always been an indulgent husband to Ash. He has gone on record a million times professing his love for her. In one of such interviews, he said, “You hear about Aish – we all did before I became an actor – she comes with this huge reputation of being some diva-esque figure. Everyone imagines she floats on a cloud or something! But anyone who knows her knows her to be genuine, down to earth, approachable and tactile. And that disarms you. You think ‘Wait a second, she’s pretty cool’. And she really is.” On being married to her he said, ““I get to live with my best friend. I can talk to her about anything, any inane thing, like ‘Someone scratched my car today’ and she’s there listening, saying, ‘Umm..
